Proportions.
Now we're finally at the real thing! Body proportions! It's not so easy at first, I will admit, but trust me, once you get enough practice, it'll be simpler than you could ever imagine. I won't go into too much detail on proportions for various reasons, however, I will provide how to draw front views, side views, and three-quarter views, for both male and female.

When drawing proportions, remember: figure drawing. And also keep in mind: gender.
- ALWAYS begin with figure drawing to get the basic "skeleton" in place, and then begin to add "meat" to it.
- Gender alert! Female bodies tend to be curvier, and hence easier to draw, where as male bodies are more linear and square, and can be quite challenging sometimes.
- Note: If you have trouble with hands and feet, I would say to just leave it for now, and just do the best you can. (You can check out the additonal links page for help with that later on).
